Power Reliability & Integration for Modern Applications (PriMa) Lab is a research group dedicated to advancing next-generation power electronics and integrated energy systems. Our work combines circuit innovation, semiconductor technologies, and intelligent control to build efficient, compact, and reliable power solutions for emerging applications. Our research spans power IC design, wide-bandgap devices, packaging and thermal management, and AI-assisted power applications. We collaborate broadly with academia and industry to translate research into real-world impact.
